RMAI NEWS UPDATE
Happy Monday everyone!
I want to thank everyone for coming to the 2025 End of Summer Showdown. It was a fantastic day. Everyone seemed to have a great time competing and spending the day with the RMAI family and friends. I’m extremely proud of everyone who took the time to come out and put their training to the test. Win or lose, you all gained experience and hopefully it further motivates you to push harder in in your training in preparation for the next tournament. A few students have expressed interest in competing in other tournaments in the fall… if you agree with this sentiment, let us know.
Also... I wanted to give out a HUGE thank you to my dedicated team of black belt instructors who donated their time and energy to helping the event run flawlessly. Without them, the day would have been possible. I am extremely grateful.

We will be open for regular classes this Friday, but we are closed Saturday and Monday in observation of the holiday.

CLASSES ADDED FOR BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
For those who have been asking. We do offer a separate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program an add-on to your regular membership. It’s important to have a well-rounded skillset, learning how to grapple and fight on the ground in addition to the kicking and punching we do in karate is vital to being a complete martial artist. Our new instructor Evani Chavez is a BJJ Black Belt and extremely knowledgeable and a talented instructor. Price to get started is $99 (which includes the Jiu-jitsu Gi and the tuition). The ad-on price per month is CURRENTLY $50, but will be raised soon. Add-on price means you can cancel at any time. 12 years or older ONLY unless you get special permission from Master Celona Classes are currently Friday nights at 5:00pm, but beginning in August, we will be adding Tuesday and Thursdays at 4:00pm

We are currently in development of a new defined end 6-week Martial arts/Fitness Transformation program.
Revolution Martial Arts Institute has always been at the forefront of trying new things. I have a NEW way of presenting the material, but before rolling it out to everyone, I need to beta test it to see if it’s a viable NEW way of teaching martial arts. The only true way to test it, is with absolute beginners. I’m looking for 8 adults (preferably parents from the karate school) to try this new program. It will run for 6 weeks (at the time of signing up) and will be private and semi-private lessons ONLY. Times are flexible, morning hours will be available as well for those who are free most of the day. The program will be a mix of Martial Arts, Self-defense, and fitness driven personal training…(consisting of 6 weeks of private or semi-private training, with fitness assessment, and custom-tailored goal-setting meeting)
