Hello!
Just a few items to go over about this week. Before I do that, I wanted to congratulate those who tested for their new Black Belt Ranks this past Saturday. Noah Mason, John Schuld, & Todd Liebel all represented RMAI well with their efforts in a challenging 3 hour exam. Grandmaster Kwon, as well as the other local association Masters witnessed their intensity and martial arts skills. We expect to release the results of the exam within the next few days. Again, congratulations to those people, we are all very proud.
FRIDAY SCHEDULE:
5:30 to 6:30pm BLACK BELT ONLY CLASS - Due to the preparations in the Flyers Demo, we haven't had a Black Belt Only class in a few weeks. This Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 we will review Black Belt forms and Weapons.
6:30 - 8:00pm DEMO PRACTICE
We only have a few remaining practice dates before the Flyers Demo, We highly recommend everyone attend as many as they can so that we can feel confident going into the demo on the 17th. We've added an additional Saturday (12/10)

1:00 - 3:00pm MANDATORY DEMO PRACTICE (Full Uniform required)
FINAL FLYERS DEMO PRACTICE - Friday December 16 5:30 – 7:00pm
12/12 GUP TEST - Monday December 12 we will be having our GUP TESTING. There will be NO CLASSES THAT DAY.

Again - NO Class Monday 12/12
RMAI affiliate programs
For those who are not aware, this past fall we have launched our RMAI affiliates program. Currently we have secured additional places where potential martial artists receive introductory level martial arts training. The locations right now are mostly just over the Delaware border, but here they are:
Montessori Learning Center (ongoing)

Bellevue Community Center (Beginning 12/6/22)

Ages 7 & Up
Buzzware in Arden Village (possibly coming in 2023)

Besides RMAI head quarters in Swarthmore, we wanted to branch out into other areas to provide more communities the opportunity to get the benefits of RMAI's special blend of Martial arts instruction. For students Black Belt and above who are interested in gaining in some additional teaching experience, with the possibility of employment in the future, we would highly encourage those black belts to reach out to Master Celona directly to learn about what is required.
BY THE WAY... This is also open to ALUMNI Black Belts who might be interested in getting involved in training again.

12/17 Flyers Demo at the Wells Fargo Center - Be on the lookout for updated information regarding this event, including report times, parking information. Waiver forms for the Wells Fargo Center and etc..

6:00pm to 8:00pm ALL STUDENTS ORANGE AND ABOVE!! (it's going to be epic.)
